A Carbon Copy Day

Day 196

I really wasn't ready for it to be Monday already.  Sigh.  Not doing so great at life.

Breakfast:  ~ 2 oz CF ham, 2 slices Sargento double cheddar

Snack:  Popcorn

Lunch:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avacado; sausage; coffee

Dinner:  Taco salad with steak, salsa

Snack:  Meijer Naturals butter popcorn

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, felt unusually good tonight.

No idea why I'm on a popcorn kick.
