Day 194

Phew.

Breakfast:  ~ 3 oz CF ham, 1 slice sharp cheddar

Lunch:  Taco salad with steak, salsa; 2 x 12 oz Miller Lite

Snack:  Small popcorn

Dinner:  Jets small super special pizza (oops).

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, followed up by some running around.
