Ending Downer

Day 211

I almost got back on track today.  Sigh.

Breakfast:  1 oz hard salami, 2 slices sharp cheddar
Lunch:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avacado; sausage; coffee
Snack:  2 oz CF cajun beef jerky
Dinner:  Fajita bar - 4 tortillas, steak, toppings; 4x12 oz Miller Lite
Snack:  Chips and onion dip
Exercise:  9 holes with cart
