Ongoing Failures Of Will

Not only is the flesh weak, the spirit is not willing.

It's a struggle right now.  I had a very hard time getting going this morning and took a little personal time to start the day.  That isn't going to help the work crunch.  It would also be nice if I could solve this ADD/switching exhaustion issue.

But trudge onward we shall.  Not enough sleep, minimum gain on the scale.

Breakfast:  Sausage breakfast sandwich, coffee

 


I did not cook up bacon as planned last night, so it'll be more sausage.

Lunch:  Cheeseburger, Meijer hot dill pickle chips

 


Again.  Happy national hamburger day.  Went single patty again due to late breakfast.

Maybe next week I'll start doing some more meal downsizing.  Might try fewer, smaller meals within my eating window. 

Dinner:  LC Pep, crazy bread w sauce, pepsi, Culver conc mixer

 Work.

Exercise:  Nope.
