Can't say that I was looking forward to this morning. I woke up about 5:30 and it took quite a while to muster the enthusiasm to get going. I tend to be a slow starter most days but today was definitely on the slower end of that.
Scale predictably bounced up after too much eating. Nothing else of note.
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwich, coffee
Only thing new is that I cooked the bacon longer this week.
Lunch: Taco rice, guacamole
Again.
Dinner: Dominos thin pep, parm bites, coke/pepsi, caramel nut clusters
Rrrrr
Exercise: Nope.
