No Answers, As Usual

Good thing it is Friday.  I don't have much in the tank.

I've mapped out menu plans for this week and next three or four times.  I keep changing them, both because I end up eating off plan and also because I'm just wandering aimlessly in the world of diet.  I have plans (which change constantly) but don't stick to them.  Nothing seems to feel right.  Maybe if I picked something and stuck to it I would break out of this rut.

Not much else of note.  Scale up due to bad eating, sleep OK but never enough.

Breakfast:  Sausage sandwich, coffee

 


I think if I go back to eating this or bacon on a zero/super low carb wrap it's fine.  I'm not usually super hungry but a few hundred calories seems to be beneficial.

Lunch:  McD big mac, fries, mcdouble, coke

If I choose the low carb route I've been pretty happy with the burgers, so maybe I just ditch the bread and pick up a fork.  I should not need to continue eating out on Fridays for lunch, that's a temporary work issue.

Dinner:  Qdoba brisket bowl, chips and queso, coke/pepsi

Slop bowl.

Exercise:  Nope.
