Very glad it is Friday and even better a Friday leading into a holiday weekend. It should be relatively quiet and maybe I'll get something done.
Disappointed to fail yesterday. Left work and cracked. Dinner remains the toughest nut. At least on the bright side the scale was up only the minimum this morning. Now I just have to figure out today's lunch. Work has a way of making things inconvenient.
Didn't go to sleep as early as I had hoped, but managed around 10:30. Woke at 3:30, back to sleep at 4:30, woke at 6:45, snoozed. More rested than yesterday but not rested.
Breakfast: Bacon wrap, coffee
Same as yesterday. Eaten later than usual.
Lunch: McD 2x mcdouble
On the road at lunch time.
Dinner: Italian beef, fries, pepsi, bar chips
Tasty but very bad for me.
Exercise: Nope. I am notably dragging. This is concerning. At least I felt better after noon.
