Not a blazing start to the day.  For whatever reason I was not sleepy last night and it was well after midnight before I dozed off.  Too much scrolling.  Definitely should compel myself to shut things down, if I lie there thinking so be it but I don't need the electronic assist.  Predictably tired when I got up and it's a good thing I don't have anything too ambitious planned.

Scale was down, which was nice.  The CICO/carb tracking I did yesterday suggested a small drop was likely, I got more than that.  Not that I needed more proof, but it's additional evidence that the system isn't that simple.  I do think I need to reduce the carbs which would likely also knock down the calories.  The solution I have in mind is to cut the giant sized mid-loaf slices of bread in half, meaning I still eat a burger just with about half as much bread.  We'll see if that flies.

I don't think I needed to eat that much last night, though I was never uncomfortable.  The chicken did a better job of filling me up than I expected, I could have skipped the rest. 

Breakfast:  Bacon wrap, coffee

 


Shaved a few calories here, had 5 strips of bacon and 3 slices of cheese left for two days, so I end up with half a strip and half a slice less each day.  Seriously, who puts 9 slices of cheese in a package?

Lunch:  Cheeseburger, Meijer hot dill pickle chips

 


Same lunch.  And given that I picked up a bunch of frozen beef patties, it will continue to be.

Dinner:  Dominos parm crust pan pep jala

FAIL.

And a few mini choc and butterscotch chips. 

Exercise:  Nope.  Looking forward to the weekend.
