Very glad to have the extra day this weekend. Did, quite literally, nothing this morning. Woke up about 5:00, tried without a great deal of success to get more sleep, got up again about 8:30, dawdled the entire rest of the morning only fixing toast and coffee. Absolute minimum effort.
Plan was to golf this afternoon but rain had other ideas which, frankly, is probably for the best. Going to go pick up my office instead.
Breakfast: Toast w butter, leftover Utz hoops mix, lemon snaps, coffee
All carbs all morning and I predictably feel like shit.
Lunch: 2x McDouble, Coke
Very late lunch, needed protein.
Dinner: Sack of Taco Bell, pepsi
Meh.
Exercise: Nope.
