And Then Not So Much

Yeah, not nearly as much aliveness this morning.  Back to the usual.  Woke up about 6:30, needed more sleep, did not get more sleep despite trying hard.  Current theory is that eating too late last night had something to do with it - I finished my sandwich between 8:30 and 9:00 and had the popcorn after that.  Fell asleep probably about 10:30, but since it was spontaneous not sure exactly.

Anyway, going to try and make sure it's not a problem tonight.  Scale ticked down slightly and other than the tiredness feeling OK.

ETA:  I calculated the calories and carbs of what I ate today, about 2600 calories and 130 carbs.  Breakfast was about 400, lunch and dinner 1100 each.  Carbs about evenly divided between lunch and dinner.  Based on my lack of exercise, that's only very slightly less than a rough estimate of my BMR.  If I exercised a few times a week it could easily be a 1,000+ calories per day deficit.  Not that I'm a big calorie counter.

Breakfast:  Bacon wrap, coffee 


Same.

Lunch:  Home cheeseburger, Meijer hot dill pickle chips

 


Same.  Using the frozen patties is a game changer, this is < 10 minutes to prepare which is less time than it takes to drive to a fast food place and pick up a burger.  Great taste-to-effort ratio.

Dinner:  Real Good Foods chicken nuggets w CFA ranch cup, toast w butter, 12 oz Yuengling

 


Impulse buy since I had to go to Meijer.  They were edible.  Which is good because I have half a bag left.  Decided yesterday to do some home taco salads next week.  Ate some toasted bread scraps as I packaged up the rest of my loaf for the freezer.

 


And the capper, the leftover lemon NSA pudding.

Exercise:  Nope.  Creeping closer, maybe if I start small I can make it routine even when I'm not up to big workouts.  Not a lot of pep today.
