Here we go, back to reality.
Today kicked off with one of the weirder starts in recent memory. I woke up some time before 6:00, resisted the urge to look at the clock for a bit. When I did, it was just after 6:00. My alarm was set for 7:00, so I knew I had an hour. Usually that time passes in a blink, whether I'm able to go back to sleep or not. The only way it goes faster is if I'm scrolling. Regardless, it is NEVER slow. Except today it was. I did not have a lot of success going back to sleep but did doze some. And the clock just barely moved. Ended up giving up ten minutes early.
One of the various little things I should do is make a better effort at being accurate. I write down weights in the morning when I take them, but end up pulling from memory when I post. Which is not so accurate. I could do better. At least I remembered this morning's number correctly.
Breakfast: Sausage sandwich, coffee
Did not get around to cooking up the bacon over the weekend, so sausage it is. I also bought the most enormous loaf of rosemary italian bread - seriously this thing must be 3 pounds. Cut a slice in half for the sandwich and I'll be able to do the same with most of the loaf for burgers.
Lunch: Cheeseburger, Meijer hot dill pickle chips
Again. This time with pepperjack.
Dinner: French dip, popcorn, pepsi
Usual sandwich. No beer this week though, didn't earn it.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart
