A little disappointment today. Didn't get enough sleep. Not enough protein. Had a power outage on the golf course. Frustrating.
Still it was nice to be outside.
Breakfast: Ramen, toast, coffee
Yeah, all carbs and weird.
Lunch: Chorizo egg casserole
Small portion, it was meh.
Dinner: Sack of taco bell, pepsi.
It was mostly terrible.
Will have some ginger snaps and a glass of milk since I did not end up having any last night.
Exercise: 12 holes w cart. Ugh.
