Stuck in a loop.
Hoping for a productive day. I have far more to do than I have ability to do it. But at least the sense of impending doom isn't as strong if I tackle as much as I can. But I'll probably run out of gas. Recharge at dinner and back to it, hopefully, for a few more hours.
It looks like I'll need to make significant dietary changes, as what I'm doing is not working. Too many cracks, too much junk. Not limiting the sugars and starches nearly enough. And given how I feel physically what I'm eating is not treating me right. Food, sleep and exercise, it's all interconnected, and the food should be the easiest to fix.
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwich, coffee
Again.
Lunch: Taco mash, guacamole, toast w butter
Last of the guac.
Dinner: Sack of McD, onion rings, coke, culvers concrete mixer
Work.
Exercise: Nope, though I did move some boxes.
