Upsized Fatness

I was pretty sure the scale would be up when I woke this morning.  It was.  Felt dense.  Tired, since I got about five and a half hours of sleep.  And yet, once I got going I felt decent.  And it was sure nice to get some fresh air and exercise.  Need to do more of that.  Somehow.

Anyway, it's been a pretty good day.  Got in a nap even.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w jam, coffee

 


Standard.  Different location today.  It was fine.

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite, chili cheese dogs, fries, coke

Mid-afternoon, I was hungry.

Dinner:  Mexican cornbread w chorizo chili, chorizo taco, mexican coke

 


And I had some donuts somewhere in there too.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.
