Estimated Fatigue

I was pondering this morning what percentage of time I am fatigued lately.  Not just a little tired, I'm talking a can-barely-move life sucking kind of fatigue.  Initial estimate was 90% but I think that's high.  I am definitely fatigued way more often than usual or that I should be, but it's not quite that much.  Some of it is that it is more random.  Today I felt okay when I got up, was super fatigued getting out the door, recovered, was super fatigued, had a snack and have felt fine since.  

Something isn't right, I can tell.  I just cannot tell you what.  I also feel strange at times when I'm talking to people in meetings.  It's like having low blood sugar and maybe it is, but it happens at times where I wouldn't really expect a problem with that.

It's a mystery.  Anyway.  Mediocre sleep, scale flattish - I've been in a very narrow range this month.

Breakfast:  Sausage sandwich, coffee

 


Again.

Snack:  McDouble, Coke.  Didn't make it to lunch for whatever reason.

Lunch:  Home cheeseburger

 


Removed a patty due to the snack and not being too hungry.

Dinner:  Dominos philly steak, bread bites, coke

Ate WAY too much.  Argh.

Exercise:  Nope.
