Well the good news is that I survived. The bad is that I didn't get the result I wanted. It would have been life-changing. Now I have to come up with a different plan. Not sure how that's going to look.
But I have already made notes on life changes and implemented a couple small things already today. It's happening. I am so ready to be back.
Breakfast: Coffee
There's one. Got minimal sleep but was surprisingly functional.
Lunch: Deluxe skillet, English muffin
Local place, no car today so I didn't go home.
Dinner: Dominos ht pep ham, bacon jala chz bread
Awful for me but was tasty. Will do better tomorrow. I probably won't get 100% sorted until this weekend.
Exercise: Walked to work and to lunch, so I got some.

Lunch: Jimmy Johns EC Italian, salt and vinegar chips, diet lemonade
No car.
Dinner: Brisket burrito, Mexican coke, some cheese and crackers later
