Part of the theme this week is doing the best I can with sleep. I do not get enough and my 'sleep hygiene' (always laugh at that term) is poor. Last night I did go with the blue blockers for several hours, if I can remember that on nights I am at home that's worth a try. Fell asleep in the recliner, made it to the bed about 11, it took a while to fall asleep, woke at 5:30, dozed in the chair until 7:15. Probably got six hours of straight sleep, which is better than average, out of nine plus hours. With all the stuff I have to do at work it is tremendously hard to switch off my brain.
But, anyway, two and a half days in things are going okay. Small steps. On that subject, looking at the posts, I may have made it this far without any seed oils. I know there isn't any in my soup or mash, or the jerky, my bread or cheese. I don't see any on the ingredient list for roast beef. None in the bacon, and I'll have to ask CF but I don't think they feed their pigs any either. So a pretty clean stretch!
Breakfast: ~1.6 oz CF beef jerky, coffee
Ate the rest of the 3.2 oz package. Good, but not likely to be a regular thing.
Lunch: Soup with mash
Standard. Fresh potatoes from last night's batch cook. Tasty.
Dinner: 3 eggs scrambled, hash browns in EVOO, 5 strips CF cherry wood bacon, guac, orange juice, 12 oz All Day IPA
A bit much. I am quite full, though since it is only 7:00 I won't have any trouble being less full by bedtime, especially since I have things to do. One of my better efforts, this was very tasty.
Exercise: Nope. Again got in some work related walking and steps, again felt good. I didn't exactly race right up them, but had a nice steady pace, no struggling.
