I'm looking forward to the holiday season, if only to get an extra couple days off. Very burned out at the moment and I need a little extra time to recharge and get things back on track at home. Soon.
A little surprised to see a small drop on the scale this morning, given that I had a lot of junk last night. A clean breakfast and exercise won the day, but still, not a complete win -- thanks to the junk I was rather bloated this morning. Which is why I was surprised to see the drop. But whatever, it's of no consequence.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with cream cheese, coffee
Yup.
Also: Donuts. My travels took me past the good donut place. Going to miss them.
Lunch: 3 eggs scrambled with l/o chorizo, peppers and onions, hash browns in EVOO, guac, orange juice
Yup.
Also: leftover pep bacon jala pizza, good crisps
Dinner: American goulash, salad, garlic bread, 12 oz Miller Lite
Ugh. Too much food today.
Also: McNuggets w sweet and sour, sprite
Exercise: Nope.
