Slight Wooshing

A decent first day, I would say.  Didn't fix exercise or other things, but at least I ate at home.  It's a start.   Now we'll see if I can build on that.

Tired, as I didn't go to bed early and woke up around 4:30.  Did not get going.  In fact, I was not early to work.  Argh.  So inconsistent with the motivation.

Started dumping a little water this morning.  Not crazy amounts, but a little extra.  This is good, I'm sure there is a lot that I could stand to lose.

Breakfast:  ~ 1.6 oz CF jerky, coffee


I noticed that the jerky bags shrunk from 4 oz to 3.2 oz.  Not that it matters much, just wanted a little something in the stomach and I had it on hand.

Lunch:  Soup with mashed potatoes


Again.

Dinner:  Grilled roast beef and cheese sandwich, 12 oz All Day IPA


Same as yesterday.  I wish the roast beef were a bit cleaner, but it is what it is.

Also:  CF cherry wood bacon.  Cooked up a pound so I have some for breakfasts.  Will probably also lick the spoon on the mashed potatoes I'm prepping.


Exercise:  Nope.  At least nothing I'm counting.  I did do some work-related walking including steps and that went better than usual.  Happy about that.
