Looking forward to being back in more of a routine.  That has been set aside for too long now, and as I am past the big complicating factor I can move forward with making improvements.  Which won't happen overnight, of course, but small steps can be taken immediately.  Now if I can just figure out how I'm going to fix some things in the world of work, that would be great.  Less stress please.

Breakfast:  3 Scrambled eggs with peppers and onions, hash browns in evoo, CF chorizo, orange juice, coffee


Not bad at all.  Tried a plate instead of a bowl, the bowl works much better.

Lunch:  16 oz Mich Ultra

Post golf

Dinner:  2x chili cheese dogs, fries w a little ketchup, Dominos bacon jala cheesy bread, jala crunchers, donuts

A grab bag of oof.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, slightly above average walking

Catching up.

Breakfast:  Coffee

It was a good couple days for that.

Lunch:  Marbled cornbread scramble w potatoes


An old favorite I don't get very often.

Dinner:  Pep bacon jala pizza

Tasty and I actually stopped before being completely stuffed.  Barely.

Exercise:  Walked to work and back from lunch.
