Hey how about that, we made to a holiday weekend.
Another experiment with electrolytes last night. I picked up a single pack of a different kind at the health food store the other day (less sodium, no coconut) and downed that in a pint of water before bed. Slept through, no interruptions until my bladder woke me at 4:45. And you know what? I felt good. Awake. Not sluggish. Not dozy. As good as I ever feel in the morning! It was a lot like how I felt on Sunday morning. I even had a lower blood pressure reading than the last few. So it felt like a big win. I bought a handful of Zero Lytes yesterday so I'm stocked for the weekend. I sure hope it continues to help.
Otherwise, just glad it's the weekend. Lots to do, but an extra day to do it.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yep. I managed to skip the donuts at work.
Lunch: CF bacon and cheddar sandwich
Cleaned up the reject bacon. Time to hit the farm.
Dinner: Wendy's double, small Frosty, Great Lakes pickled jalapeno chips
Way too many chips. Darned seed oils.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, average extra walking
