I was not ready for it to be Monday again. Motivation was modest this morning, accomplishments few. But onward we go.
Had another well above average night of sleep. Again awoke only momentarily once or twice, but otherwise slept through the night without incident. No cramps. I was not quite as rested this morning as I was yesterday, but it was also well above average. I did not have any particular difficulty getting going. Now we'll see how tonight goes -- I do not plan to supplement as I won't be losing any electrolytes to sweat. At least not to my knowledge. I do plan to go buy several more sleeves for the upcoming weekend. I'll have to see if the local health food place carries them.
Weight ticked down despite the bad eating, happy to see that. Still need to be a LOT better.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guacamole
Planned to have for dinner but work requirements are interfering. Extra large serving of mashed potatoes, testing to see if I can tolerate that.
I will note that despite the sizable lunch and being comfortably sated all aftenoon it was still all I could do to avoid stopping for ice cream when I was out and about. I didn't need it, not at all. But the urge was still brutally strong. Saved mostly by a packed schedule that didn't leave enough time.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, 2 slices sharp cheddar, a little greek yogurt w wild blueberries
The mexican tacos were notably good this week. I may have to give up the evening beer, between that and the cheese I can definitely feel the sinus irritation.
Exercise: Nope. No after dinner walk due to thunderstorms.
