Almost to the holiday weekend. It's getting closer.
Pleased to have survived the day of many potatoes, the scale even gave me a nice drop. I expect that had more to do with the little bit of exercise I fit in, but still. All loss is good loss at this weight. I looked back through the last few months last night and I've been stuck in this range for at least six weeks, with today being the lowest I've been in a bit. Hoping to keep it up.
Sleep was okay other than the vicious foot cramp at 3:00. Looking forward to this weekend's electrolyte experimentation. I'll have to pick up some more while traveling this afternoon, the local health food store doesn't carry the kind I want.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: 4 eggs scrambled, CF applewood bacon, hash browns in olive oil, a little cheddar cheese, hatch chiles
I enjoyed yesterday so much I ran it back, just with bacon instead of chorizo and a bit less cheese, plus a pat of butter. Once again tasty and I expect it to hold up well this afternoon. It was a lot of food.
Dinner: Instapot chili w a little CF chorizo, grilled cheese, Good Crisp jala chips, 12 oz Miller Lite
Ate too much. Again.
Exercise: Nope.
