We are getting there. It's been busy enough that the week has gone along pretty fast.
Much better night last night, did not wake up at all. Could a little after dinner walk make all the difference? We may never know. Between rain in the forecast and a meeting tonight does not look promising for further testing. I'll be lucky to have time for dinner. Anyway, I slept better, was more rested this morning and it's all good. Even had a small dip on the scale.
Breakfast: Coffee
Again. And again just a 2 cup morning.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Also on repeat. I have a soup for tomorrow then next week I'll be eating other stuff from the freezer to try and get it closer to empty. Restock coming over Memorial Day weekend.
Dinner: Dominos NY pep ham mush, cheese balls, 12 oz All Day IPA
Epic fail. Stupid evening obligations. Also: Argh. You MUST read the labels. The cheese balls are done in sunflower oil. I made an erroneous assumption that it would be palm oil like the crisps. NOPE. Oh well. Will not be buying again after all.
Exercise: Nope.
