Hard to believe, but another night of relatively decent sleep. Slept through until 6:00. I could get used to this. I wasn't nearly as sharp as I was on Sunday morning and not quite as much as yesterday, but all in all it was above average.
Scale was fine as well, lowest number so far this month. Not down much overall for the month, but still, any move in the right direction is pleasing.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese, Chobani zero sugar strawberry cheesecake yogurt
Last of the soup. Now the real work of cleaning out the freezer begins. The yogurt was the last of a couple I bought on sale - as far as the zero sugar yogurts go it was the best one. Still probably won't buy again.
Pre-golf snack: Bacon
Reject bacon!
Dinner: Chef salad w ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite. Also, Arby's reg roast beef, mozz sticks w marinara, apple turnover
Unstoppable need to eat. Yeesh. I don't have a solution to Tuesday night dinner out yet.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, modest extra walking
