Still trying to figure out just how much of an answer electrolytes are. Last night, I decided to try not supplementing. It wasn't very warm yesterday so I did not sweat. I did not take in enormous amounts of liquid. I did get in quite a bit of walking, though, so it was an overuse (for lack of a better word) day. Gave it a shot.
Which did not go great. Woke up at 12:30 with one of the worst cramps I have had, it just did not want to release. I eventually hobbled to the kitchen, mixed up some electrolytes and slammed them. It let go shortly after and I slept the rest of the night with only one wakeup - a threatened cramp but it did not even require getting up to resolve. Not a problem.
So, what did I learn? Well, it's not just sweating. I am not super surprised by that. The experimentation will continue. Also, that I am a dumbass, my weekend eating sucks and it causes gains.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Enormous CF bologna and cheddar sandwich w a few sauteed onions and mustard
Decided to wait on the soup until tomorrow since I took it out too late to be fully thawed.
Dinner: 2x TB chx ench burritos before golf. Chef salad w ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite. Arby's reg rb and mozz sticks, no bakes
Ugh.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not much extra walking.
