As we get deeper into the week I get run down. Stress just isn't good for you and when you couple that with bad eating, no exercise and lousy sleep you get ugh.
Will try again to fix things.
Breakfast: McD egg mcmuffin, hash browns
Had a late breakfast after some blood work.
Lunch: Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guacamole
Was intended to be yesterday's dinner. Would have eaten it tonight but I have an event.
Dinner: Salad, chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli, 16 oz All Day IPA, roll w butter, choc cake
An event, it was okay.
Later: 2x McDouble, hot fudge sundae
Exercise: Nope. This is bad.
