Okay start, I think. That's a plus. No issues so far. Nothing unusual, anyway. I did struggle to get going this morning but that's typical. Until such time as I can upgrade the quality of my sleep, it'll be a battle. I was in bed for enough hours but I just was not sufficiently rested. Same old story.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guacamole, grilled cheese
I had thawed this to have instead of tacos last night but audibled. Easy enough to eat it for lunch instead. I thought it might not be enough so I made a grilled cheese also. It would have been enough I think.
Dinner: 2x TB chx ench burritos pre golf. Afterward, chef salad w ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite
And Arby's classic roast beef, mozz sticks, a few jala Krunchers, no bakes.
FAIL.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not much walking really
