TGIS. No, not that S, the other S. And a happy Mother's Day to the moms.
Feeling more rested today. Managed to get to sleep about 10:00, got up about 3:15 for water removal, was able to get back to sleep in the recliner afterward until almost 7:00. Lots to do today -- far more than I will actually be able to accomplish -- so let's get going.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w meijer veggie cream cheese, coffee
Same story, tasty, zero satiety. Cleaned up the cream cheese and I'm hopeful if I don't buy more I can put a pause on making these.
Lunch: Bacon. Wendy's Dave's Double.
Cleaned up last weeks bacon, which did wonders for satiety Later, had a pre-golf burger.
Dinner: American goulash, salad with avo oil ranch, garlic toast, vanilla cake and ice cream
Birthday party.
Also 2x Big Mac, Coke. Okay, let's be done.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, some extra walking
