Darn. The electrolytes did not do the trick last night, had a couple cramps. I think I may have just consumed so much liquid that they got overwhelmed. Not sure. But I fully intend to keep experimenting. I did have a hard time getting to sleep. I felt okay when I woke up with a foot cramp at 4:00 and ended up not going back to sleep.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Yeah, standard. Almost forgot the photo.
Lunch: Maiz tortilla chips w Mateo's medium cantina salsa
Too many chips.
Dinner: Culvers bacon double deluxe, concrete mixer w salted caramel and Reeses PB cups
Tasty. Expensive. Also consumed too late - almost 9:00!
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, above average extra walking. And then I spent 2 1/2 planting flowers etc. I am tired.
