Well, that was nice. I got an unexpected early start on the weight front, which I assume was due to some vigorous water removal. Despite everything I ate yesterday. I'm sure the exercise helped, but still. Not at all expected.
Woke up a little earlier and managed to make it to work a half hour ahead of schedule. Had a productive morning, though it was only the smallest of dents in the huge stack of work to be done.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yep.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Standard and solid.
Dinner: 2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA
Also some greek yogurt with wild blueberries.
Exercise: Nope.
