The Things Catching Up

Whew.  Glad it is still the weekend.  I needed some extra sleep and thankfully I got it.  Only one very minor cramp, that was nice.  Now I just have to get a bunch of stuff done today.  Which will be an interesting challenge given that it's already 11:30.  Oh well.  Here we go.

Nice that scale was a bit lower than yesterday, given that I think I drank a full gallon of water yesterday evening.  Seriously.  I kept refilling my giant cup.  

Breakfast:  Meijer chocolate glazed donut holes, coffee

I need to not buy junk.

Second breakfast:  Lazy bagels w Meijer veggie cream cheese


Tasty, but junk.

Lunch:  Soup, bread w butter, cheddar asiago cheese


Late lunch due to late golf.  Meant to eat this on Friday.

Dinner:  McD 2xBigMac 2x HS mcchix, a couple pinwheels

Bah.  Too much, too awful, too late.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, not that much extra walking
