Pretty tired. How wiped out am I going to be next weekend playing five days in a row?
I was concerned about what sleep was going to look like, I was pretty tight last night when I got up out of the recliner to get ready for bed. Somehow, I made it through all the way to 4:45 before a vicious foot cramp got me. Six hours or so is better than I expected.
Very nice day today. Warm, sunny, just a hint of a breeze. Early summer at its finest. I was glad it was a weekend so I could be outside.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Standard pre-golf breakfast out. Not their finest effort.
Lunch: Taco salad al pastor
Wanted a keto bowl but not enough to get back in the car and drive a half hour to get it. This was an okay alternative I guess. Though it was off putting to watch the kitchen prepare it. Stupid seed oils.
Dinner: Wendy's son of baconator. Good crisp chips, pinwheels
Not ideal.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, average walking
