Exercise Coverage

When you're this fat, even modest exercise can cover for quite a bit of bad eating.  It certainly did yesterday.  I mentally prepared myself for a sizable gain this morning, instead I got a micro-drop.  A very pleasant surprise indeed.  It's not a sustainable strategy -- I am entirely certain that I cannot outexercise my bad eating, I have decades of proof -- but it's nice to not bloat way up every time I screw things up.

Also a very weird night of sleep.  I woke up a lot.  Like about every hour.  Never for long, but long enough to realize that I was awake.  Only one minor threat cramp -- in the thigh of all places -- but otherwise I have no idea.  I was not uncomfortable, not hot or cold, no pain.  The only thing unusual was eating way too much and way too late.

Anyway, whatever.  I'm functional and hopefully I'll eat and sleep better today.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yeah.  Only two cups today for whatever reason.

Lunch:  Soup, grilled cheese


Standard.   And good as usual.

Dinner:  Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guacamole, 12 oz All Day IPA, greek yogurt w wild blueberries, Good Crisp cheese balls


Also standard.  These 1 cup containers are super convenient, though I do wonder if I could handle a 2 cup serving of potatoes.  Probably not, this amount seems about right.


Impulse bought the cheese balls (they were on sale at the health food store), to my surprise I quite enjoyed them and will look forward to another night or two of them for "dessert".

Exercise:  Was going to nope, but I went for a walk to the health food store after dinner.  Was not a long walk, it's only 3 or 4 blocks away, but I was up and moving for 20+ minutes straight so yeah I am going to count it.  It was pleasant.
