Yesterday evening was why I'm fat. Call it fatness encapsulated. I lost control. And never reached a point where my brain recognized the satiety signal. Which is insane. I was so beyond full that I could barely get down my pint of water with electrolytes and yet if you'd put something tasty in front of me I would have eaten it.
But, that's in the past. I paid for it on the scale this morning and I am definitely holding on to a ton of water. Hopefully that will clear out fairly soon.
The one surprising thing was that I did not pay for it in the sleep department. Despite still being stuffed I was able to go to sleep on time and slept through the night without issue. I expected bad things.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yeah. I was still digesting, the idea of food never crossed my mind.
Lunch: Soup, grilled bologna and cheese
Really good batch of soup this week. Still haven't eaten my whole pound of bologna but I'm getting there.
Dinner: Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guac, 12 oz All Day IPA, Utz salt and vinegar chips, off brand pinwheels
Focus lacking.
Exercise: Nope.
