So Triggered

Last day of the month.  Good thing.  I'm sitting here irked, once again, at my broken satiety signal.  Just ate lunch.  Bigger lunch than usual.  I know that in five minutes I will probably realize that I am full.  Intellectually I know that I sure don't need more food.  And yet if I had anything remotely snackable I would be plowing through it right now.  It's triggering.

Otherwise, just another weekday.  Waiting for it to be spring.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  Easy three cup morning, could have had lunch early, didn't.

Lunch:  Soup, grilled cheese


Needed to use up both last week's bread and last week's cheese.  They gone.

Dinner:   Domino's ht pep saus mush onion grn pep, 12 oz Miller Lite


Sigh.  I am a sad pizza addict.  Need to get set up for soup for dinners.

Also 3 strips of basic Meijer bacon.  Cooked up a tray for the next couple days.

Exercise:  Nope.  FAIL.
