Wrong direction this week. Bucking the trend of blowing up on the weekend and then inching down during the week, this time it's just more blowing up. Sigh.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, grilled ham and cheese
Standard.
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin pep beef pork, breadsticks w sauce, choc chip cookie.
EPIC fail. Ten thousand calories of crap. Might be up ten pounds tomorrow.
Exercise: Nope. Schedule is definitely off.
