Ugh. Follow appointment with the doc this morning and he wants me on a med. I hate taking meds, other than the one I know I need. I'm not the least bit convinced this is going to "help".
Otherwise, the week keeps rolling along. Still very fat, still not super inspired.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Early start too.
Lunch: Spicy extra bacony beans, grilled cheese
Found a couple jars in the freezer (they have been there for a while!) and grabbed one yesterday instead of digging for more soup. A delightful change of pace. Added in some of the leftover bacon from this weekend for extra bacony goodness.
Dinner: Home tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, SF pistachio pudding
Repeat. Good.
Exercise: Nope. Good news though, a modest warmup is coming, enough that I could get out there.
