The Body Is Just Weird Man

I ate a metric crapton of food yesterday.  Hundreds and hundreds of grams of carbs.  I was notably lazy.  I was just way, way off.  And yet, when I got on the scale this morning, it was down.  And a decent amount at that.  It's just weird.  I knew I disposed of a lot of liquid, but I also took in a lot.  I was notably marshmallowy in the middle this morning.  So I expected a gain.  And I didn't get one.

Tried to go to bed early to make up for the previous night's short sleep and was only partially successful.  Weirdness followed.  I went to sleep just after 10.  Woke up at 1, disposed, went right back to sleep.  Woke up at 4:15, had a little bit of a low-ox headache that formed right as I was waking up.  Disposed, was very tired still, went back to sleep pretty quickly in the recliner.  Had a miserable dream -- missed a whole day of work appointments was part of it -- and woke up with a different, more intense headache.  Stress headache.  Abated pretty quickly and I went back to sleep, finally waking up about 8:00, feeling much more rested.

After all that, the day is off to a decent start.  I broke out my old drip coffee maker for the first time in quite a while -- bought some decaf I wanted to try -- and I'm working on my second cup.  All good.  Lots to do today, then superb owl party tonight.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w cream cheese, coffee


Yup.  No seed oils.  Tasty, but really lousy for satiety.

Lunch:  Olive oil chips, roast beef and cojack cheese sandwich


Cleaned up the chips.  Cleaned up the loaf of french bread.  Not the other stuff.

Also:  Vigo yellow rice.  Another thing I had in stock and now I don't.  The good news, no seed oils,  was kinda surprised about that.  The bad, carb bloat coming right up.

Dinner:  Chili w cheese and sour cream, turkey/cheese/mustard sandwiches (x3)


Superbowl party.  

Also:  2x TB chipotle chix burrito.  I am a mental case.

Exercise:  Nope.
