Boost Needed

Nothing much this morning.  Woke up early but not real rested after staying up too late.  I really should recommit to going to bed at a much more reasonable hour.  Also kinda stalled on the diet and exercise front.  Need a boost or a breakthrough or something.

I am reconsidering the no bread approach.  It is definitely a useful vehicle for butter consumption (lol).  Thinking about throwing together some rye dough to bake tomorrow so I have a loaf for this week.

Breakfast:  Toast, bacon, coffee


Cleaning up some of the week's loaf.  And a little leftover bacon.

Lunch:   Enchilada egg casserole


Eggs, sausage, pepper jack, a red bell pepper, onion, jalapeno and enchilada sauce.  Very tasty.  I need to look into making my own enchilada sauce, I'm sure I'm going to cringe when I look at the ingredients on Old El Paso, but I had a can and used it up.

Also:  Peanuts for a snack, have a jar to eat up.  Will not be buying more for multiple reasons.

Dinner:  Chipotle sour cream sausage, mini tater tots w ketchup, SF banana cream pudding


More cleanup.  Had the sausage in the freezer (I ate a link and a half, which was too much) and the partial bag of tots.  More stuff I need to stop buying.  It was okay.

Exercise:  Nope.  I think that after this morning the super cold stuff is done - about 10 degrees out there right now.
