Overactivity Craps

Err, cramps.  It's such a delightful side effect of being extra active -- I'm tired and yet I don't get enough sleep due to cramping.  Thankfully I only had to get up twice and neither one was super painful, the second was almost marginal, just enough to wake me up for a few minutes.   I'll never exactly understand why -- while I did a lot of work over hours yesterday, I didn't sweat any significant amount so I would not have expected to lose a bunch of electrolytes.  

Oh well whatever.  Another busy day ahead, though this one may require some significant office time.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w cream cheese, coffee


Not quite got my weekend routine sqaure.

Lunch:  Taco salad, al pastor


All good.  I do wish they'd do a keto bowl though.

Snack:  Nice vanilla wafer cookies

Sigh.

Dinner:  Roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, rolls w butter, 12 oz Miller Lite


All good.

Also:  Popeyes spicy chicken, a few Nice cheeto things

Sundays, man.  BTW nice cheeto things kinda suck.

Exercise:  Again quite active, just not as much as yesterday.  I'm counting it.
