It wasn't a great day. Not super productive. Mediocre night of sleep - the snore app said that wasn't bad at all for once, but I was not rested when I got up. Bad eating. You know, the usual.
Maybe I just need to get MAD.
Breakfast: Coffee, paczki
Fat Tuesday, someone brought paczki (however that is spelled). Tasty, but yeah, it was a donut.
Lunch: Keto bowl
Pretty good.
Later: CFA fries, frosted lemonade, peanut butter pretzels
Sigh.
Dinner: Pep sausage pizza
Yeesh.
Exercise: Nope.
