The lack of commitment soldiers on. I really need to get focused, but let's be honest, it probably won't happen before Monday.
Early start to the day, woke up at 3:15 and had just enough of a low-ox headache (plus half clogged sinuses) that going back to sleep wasn't going to happen. Could be a rough go. We'll see I guess. The scale is still catching up to my recent awfulness, another spike. Being rather backed up is not helping.
Anyway, TGIS. I have lots of stuff to do this weekend.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with plain cream cheese, coffee
No seed oils detected. I was actually hungry, which was a little unusual.
Lunch: Smoked brisket, olive sausage, cheesy potatoes, cornbread
Massively excessive. Three times what I needed to eat. Tasty though. Seed oils: Unknown. Seems at least somewhat likely in the potatoes and cornbread.
Dinner: Chips and dip, garlic cheese toast with tomato sauce
Clean. Boulder Creek olive oil chips and a little sour cream dip I whipped up since none of the ones sold by Meijer are seed oil free. Toast is just butter, parm, whole milk mozz and garlic powder. Made the tomato sauce as well.
Anyway, my eyes still need to be on the prize. While I should pay attention to the seed oils focus really should be on eating better, less binging, fewer carbs and getting going on some walking.
Exercise: Nope.
