Why Cracks

Sigh.  Weekends aren't supposed to be for the gains.  And yet there you go.  Just an awful day eating yesterday, then I stayed up way too late instead of doing what was necessary to get the week off to an early and positive start.  Oh, and I need to add peanuts and 2 slices of a homemade loaf of spelt rye bread with butter to my list from yesterday.  I think I'm going to chuck the rest of the loaf, it seemed to be OK but my spelt was pretty old.  C'est la vie.

Despite all that it was a very productive morning, at least by my modest standards.  Pleased about that.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Leftover egg enchilada casserole, leftover sausage


Last of what I made for lunch on Saturday.  Still tasty.

Dinner:  2x mexican 2x american tacos


Standard.

Exercise:  Nope.  Dammit.
