Yeah, just the usual. After two very long days, I'm wiped out this morning. Was not ready to get up when I did, but I had (relatively) early work obligations. Today will also be a long day, but I'm planning on not going back after dinner (even though I should) in order to focus on extra rest.
Assuming I can make my dumb ass go to bed, that is. And not overeat.
Anyway, there was a price to be paid for yesterday's dismal eating and the scale said what it said. Need to deal with that, move on and do better.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Last night I pondered whether I might want to fix a couple eggs and toast, but not only was I too late to do that I was not hungry. So it was easy to just stick with the usual.
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich
Short on time so I skipped the soup.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl. Later, a Popeye's spicy chicken, 12 oz Miller Lite, almonds
I had an appetite. I ate. Add a slice of bread with butter too.
Exercise: Nope.
