TGIS. As always. Going to be a busy day though it is off to a very slow lazy start. At least I'm not overly tired or sleepy despite not getting as much sleep as I would have hoped. Didn't set an alarm but still had to get up to go and never dozed back off. We'll see how it goes.
Anyway, nice to see an unwarranted drop this morning, unwarranted due to excessive chips and onion dip plus a late audible to add a Nicks. I credit it entirely to the lack of pizza and fast food. We'll see if I can maintain reasonable discipline today and tomorrow -- I certainly have solid things mapped out.
One more reason, not that I need it, to get back on track: I received two new pairs of pants yesterday, one in my current size and one that's two sizes down. I now have two pairs of the two sizes down. I figure it will take some significant loss to get there, maybe 50lbs? Dunno. But it would be great to be able to wear them this summer. I also have lots of shirts in the closet that I'd be able to wear. Like a whole new wardrobe, right there waiting. Want that.t
Breakfast: Coffee, 2 slices sourdough toast w butter
I have a little bit of excess bread since I'll be baking a loaf of homemade tomorrow, so why not. The sourdough is better as grilled cheese and after noting what I paid for this half loaf ($5.79) I'll be glad to go back to homemade. Now I just need to watch for a sale on KAF organic flour so I can switch to that from the regular.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Yup. Decided to soup it up on the weekend. Better check to make sure I have enough to get through the week, but I guess I can always eat lentils if I run out.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite
Change of plans, busy. Not ideal but tasty.
Exercise: Nope. Hopefully it's going to be warm enough this week to melt the ice, I'm itching to get outside but I despise having to worry about ice.
Edit: OH HECK YES. Major house project that involved tons of movement, moving furniture, all sorts of "fun". I'm wiped out so it counts.
