You Get What You Eat

... or something like that.  I ate a bunch of crap last night and predictably was up a bunch this morning.

So it goes.  Summer weekends.  Man.  Lack of will.  Pathetic.

Breakfast:  Lazy 'bagels' with plain whipped cream cheese, 2 strips bacon, coffee

I mixed the "dough" (it's self rising flour plus greek yogurt) in the stand mixer this time and just dumped in chunks on the baking mat.  Worked out fine.  And a heckuva lot less messy.

Lunch:  2x McDouble

Got up a little late and have an early tee time (relatively) so I didn't have time to make my egg casserole.

Dinner:  Steak, sun chips, salad no dressing, garlic toast, 16 oz Mich Ultra, strawberries w vanilla ice cream, Nice cheddar popcorn, Nice vanilla wafer cookies

Yeesh.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, a bit above average walking
