I was rather amused this morning when I confidently predicted what the scale would say and was exactly right. Including the fraction of a pound.
Slept much better last night, eating less, earlier and a little better meant less snoring. I would have liked to have gone to sleep earlier than I did but overall it was OK.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Leftover breakfast casserole, some mixed nuts
I need to give this a fair trial as a lunch/dinner option, I do like how easy it is and how well it reheats. Minus the nuts, that is.
Dinner: Chef salad with ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite, avo cilantro lime Triscuits, Nick's mint chip
Sigh. Really wasn't too enamored of the Triscuits. Enjoyed the Nicks though.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not much walking. Hot and windy.
