Painfully aware at how lax I have become. Too many snacks. Too much fake sugar. There isn't any need for it.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and toast
Yup.
Dinner: Brat with mustard, a few chips, pickle spear, asparagus w cherry tomatoes and a little cheese, 16 oz Mich Ultra, Cheez It white cheddar popcorn
I ate half the asparagus. It was goood. Oh and I had a few mixed nuts before golf.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, modest walking
