End of the month. It's been a mild failure as far as eating and exercise go, but nothing incredibly egregious. Basically I get what I deserve. And I think my lowest number for this whole journey was on the first of the month, so I didn't have anything easy to let go of in order to get a good number.
So it goes.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Leftover egg bake, toast
Yup.
Dinner: Dominos thin pep onio jala, 12 oz Coors Light, Nicks chocolate PB
Yeesh.
Exercise: Nope.
